Axiom is currently looking for a Compliance professional to support building up the compliance framework from the ground up with one of our top tier clients. The environment is fast paced and the ideal candidate should be someone who can plug in quickly with solid grounding in core compliance work, this is not a role focused on tracking regulatory change.

Responsibilities:

Support the build-out of the compliance framework, including policies and procedures
Conduct compliance assessments and risk assessments
Conduct compliance training
Plan and manage the compliance pipeline
Handle general compliance and regulatory work

Minimum Qualifications:

Candidates with 6+ years of experience, with solid compliance framework-building experience
Prior experience building or implementing compliance frameworks and policies from scratch, ideally in a similar high-growth or fast-paced environment
Hands-on experience conducting compliance assessments and risk assessments, with the ability to identify and remediate gaps quickly
Training and education experience, as they need someone to help upskill their internal teams on compliance matters
Comfort with operational compliance and policy development, not someone focused solely on regulatory tracking or change management
