Combining predictive and prescriptive AI technology with industry expertise, production teams can proactively address alerts, minimize downtime, reduce asset costs, and maximize yield and capacity. Our customers achieve payback in six months or less, enabling global scale. We're looking for team members excited to partner with the world's manufacturers and build the future of production together.
You will join the Deployment Platform team, which puts Augury's technology directly in the hands of customers, field technicians, and partners. As an AI-Native mobile engineer, your primary development framework is Flutter (with native iOS and Android used when needed), building the mobile application central to Augury's field deployment. You are also comfortable across the full stack to ensure end-to-end feature delivery. Most importantly, you will shape the next generation of agentic installation experiences that define how industrial AI reaches the factory floor. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of mobile, IoT, and AI.
A Day In Your Life
- Design, build, and maintain high-quality, cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android using the core Flutter/Dart stack.
- Lead the design and shipment of agentic-first workflows for guided installation, leveraging LLMs (Azure OpenAI, Gemini) to assist technicians and automate decision-making in the field.
- Implement complex IoT/Hardware integration features, including NFC provisioning, AR field tools, and indoor positioning/navigation.
- Contribute to backend and frontend services/APIs to ensure seamless, end-to-end feature delivery.
- Architect and maintain a scalable, modular monorepo, ensuring robustness through strong state management (BLoC/RxDart) and comprehensive test coverage.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver exceptional UI/UX, including adaptive and RTL-aware layouts.
What You Bring
- Agentic-First Mindset & Proven Experience as an AI-Native Engineer utilizing tools like Claude, Cursor, or Gemini to enhance productivity and quality in commercial development.
- 5+ years of mobile development experience with proficiency in Flutter/Dart and native iOS/Android, BLoC state management, and designing scalable mobile architecture.
- Comfortable with full-stack contributions to backend and frontend services/APIs to ensure end-to-end feature ownership. Proven ability to write high-quality, testable Dart code with cross-platform (iOS/Android) and RTL familiarity.
Strong Advantage
- Experience with industrial IoT and field-service applications, including device commissioning workflows, hands-on IoT connectivity (Wi-Fi, NFC, BLE, and Beacons APIs), and familiarity with AR and Indoor Navigation.
- Familiarity with Firebase, third-party support tooling (Intercom), and Offline/Sync capabilities.

- Build reusable, high-quality mobile components and architecture.
- Ship reliable, production-ready mobile features and enhance the user experience.
- Utilize the AI Native Development process in your day-to-day to improve workflows and the product.
- Contribute to the overall product infrastructure and backend services when mobile expertise is needed.
- Improve the mobile application's performance, stability, and maintainability (e.g., state management, threading, data synchronization).
- Contribute to practical standards around mobile architecture, testing, monitoring, security, and deployment (CI/CD).
