Aspire Health and Community Services is actively seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to provide strategic, executive-level direction for both long- and short-term financial success for our diverse mental health organization. This role involves the development of financial strategy and oversight of finance operations in a complex healthcare environment. Candidates should possess exceptional problem-solving skills, vendor management experience, and a passion for fostering vertical and horizontal teamwork. Experience in financial resilience is preferred.

Responsibilities include driving long-range financial planning, capital budgeting, and managing direct month- and year-end closing processes, as well as auditing and analyzing programmatic financial health. This role directly oversees the finance and billing departments. A deep knowledge of technical efficiencies will be advantageous.

Requirements:

12 years in senior financial management, with a preference for non-profit or public sector accounting.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. CPA or MBA is highly preferred.
Deep expertise in GAAP standards, fund accounting, and federal/state non-profit tax laws.
Strong forecasting, strategic partnership, and cross-functional communication abilities.
Demonstrated success in financial management within healthcare organizations.
Must exhibit strong leadership and collaborative skills to effectively supervise the finance department and contribute to the executive leadership team.
Strong financial acumen and meticulous attention to detail are essential.

Compensation is based on candidate experience, qualifications, and certifications and licenses. Annual ranges listed are based on a full-time, 40 hours per week position.

Salary Range

$185,000—$225,000 USD
