Unser globales Automotive & Industrial Team unterstützt Fahrzeughersteller, deren Zulieferer und Dienstleister, für komplexe Herausforderungen in der Automobilindustrie schnell Lösungen zu erarbeiten und erfolgreich umzusetzen. Wir helfen Unternehmen dabei, strategisch richtige Entscheidungen zu treffen, Umsätze, Kosten und somit deren Profitabilität zu maximieren, Innovation voranzutreiben und nachhaltig erfolgreiche Veränderungen herbeizuführen. Wir sind spezialisiert auf die (Wieder-)Herstellung der Leistungsfähigkeit von Unternehmen in zeitkritischen „High Impact“-Situationen, zeichnen uns am Markt durch unsere besondere Umsetzungsstärke (u.a. auch durch Interim Managementrollen) aus und besitzen besonders ausgeprägtes Know-how bei der Restrukturierung sowie Transformation von Unternehmen sowie Compliance-Themen. Zukunftsthemen wie Digitalisierung, ESG nehmen in unseren Projekten dabei einen immer größeren Stellenwert ein.

Ihr Profil
Das vorrangige Ziel unserer Projekte ist eine nachhaltige Wertsteigerung der Unternehmen unserer Klienten, und dies in zumeist komplexen Situationen. Für diese Herausforderung suchen wir nicht weniger als die besten Mitarbeiter im Markt, um unser Team als Teil unserer Wachstumsstrategie weiter zu vergrößern:
- Persönlichkeiten mit starkem analytischen, unternehmerischen sowie problemlösungs- und umsetzungsorientierten Denken bei gleichzeitiger Leidenschaft zu Automotive / Industrial Goods Produkten
- Über 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer Top Managementberatung / Private Equity oder in der Automobil- oder Industriegüterindustrie
- Idealerweise Erfahrung in Programmen zur Unternehmenswertsteigerung wie z.B. Wachstums-/Produktstrategie, Cost-Out/Ertragssteigerung entlang der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette, digitale und operative Transformationsprogramme (inkl. Footprint Optimierung; Verlagerung von Funktionen, Prozessautomatisierung)Einkauf und Supply Chain Management (z.B. outsourcing/off- & nearshoring, make/buy),
- Idealerweise Erfahrung in großen, das gesamte Unternehmen betreffenden Transformationsprogrammen, Ertragssteigerung entlang der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette, Outsourcing/Off- & Nearshoring, Personaloptimierung und -management, Einführung sowie Weiterentwicklung von Shared Services, Zero-Based-Budgeting und Clean Sheet, Gemeinkostenoptimierung, Operational Excellence Programme, Manufacturing Footprint Optimierung
- „Macher-Typen“ mit der Fähigkeit, sich schnell in komplexe Themen einzuarbeiten und der Flexibilität, selbst bei sich ändernden Bedingungen schnell zu umsetzbaren, durchdachten, Lösungen zu gelangen Hervorragende kommunikative Fähigkeiten sowie Fähigkeit zum Arbeiten in interdisziplinären, internationalen Teams
- Nachweislicher Erfolg in der Leitung von umsetzungsorientierten, Lösungen in multiplen Work Streams sowie Fähigkeit zur vollständigen Übernahme verschiedener Arbeitsbereiche
- Gutes finanzwirtschaftliches Verständnis sowie Modellierungskompetenzen in Verbindung mit einem vertieften Verständnis von Managementkennzahlen
- Sehr guter akademischer Werdegang; Master, Diplom, Promotion oder vergleichbarer Abschluss von einer führenden Hochschule
- Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher, weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil
- Ausgeprägte Reisebereitschaft bei hybridem Arbeitsmodell (remote, office, client-site)
- Aktuelle Passinhaber:innen, Staatsbürgerschaft der Schweiz und/oder Arbeitserlaubnis für die Schweiz und Deutschland.
