We are now looking for a Senior QA Specialist to join our team.
YOU ARE:
- A great team player who loves sharing knowledge and learning from others

- Happy to work in a test-driven and Agile development fashion
YOU HAVE:
- Significant experience in a QA role
- The ability to derive test cases from functional/technical designs
- Experience with TDD/BDD and Test Automation
- Experience with at least one of the following: Cypress, Playwright, WebdriverIO
- Knowledge of Agile SDLC and understand the QA role in it
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, feeling comfortable communicating with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience leveraging AI tools to optimize QA process and enhance quality
YOU WILL:
- Propose, create and enhance project’s test strategy considering test automation approach
- Confidently leverage your experience in questioning and challenging existing practices while actively promoting QA best practices.
- Encourage a culture where quality is everyone’s responsibility by educating the team and focusing on value-add testing tasks rather than routine checks
- Design, maintain and execute test cases and provide critical analysis on the results
- Build a solid understanding on business, technical and operational requirements
- Work with the team to define the quality assurance process
- Collaborate with other QAs and DEV team to enhance automated tests and get maximum test coverage
- Work with Dev and Devops teams to improve our test automation tools and solutions
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience testing applications for Financial institutions (investment banks, brokers, exchanges) particularly trading flows
- BSc/MSc in Computer Science or equivalent
- Experience of working with distributed teams
- Experience with FIX protocol
- Experience with testing Java applications

THE PROCESS
Long interview processes are stressful and boring, and that is not us 😉
We want to make sure that everything runs smoothly.
So here you will have three stage interviews:
1- A chat with one of our great recruiters.
2- A zoom chat with one of our QA colleagues where they will ask you detailed questions about QA knowledge and your experience
3- A Face to Face interview (either in our office or via Zoom). During this interview, we will dig even deeper, and you will have a technical task to do.
But don’t worry; everything will be explained to you step by step by your recruiter.
Here is a little tip for you during those stages:
