The work
In this role, you will provide Azure engineering support for the installation, deployment, and maintenance of Accenture’s Task Management Solution (TMT), built on Microsoft’s Power Platform. As a Microsoft Systems Engineer, you will work across a wide technical landscape—including PowerApps, Dynamics, SharePoint, SQL, Active Directory, Exchange, Azure, and Office 365—to ensure secure, reliable, and scalable system performance.

You will lead solution installation and configuration efforts, guide clients through deployment planning, resolve escalated technical issues, and manage data migration from on‑premises to cloud environments. This role also requires collaboration with leadership teams to support roadmap planning, testing of new releases, and updates to technical documentation. You will serve as a subject matter expert in Azure architecture, providing technical leadership and understanding the organizational impacts of solution design.

Here’s what you need

Active CompTIA Security+ certification, or ability to obtain within 30 days of onboarding
2+ years of experience with MS Active Directory design and implementation
2+ years of Microsoft PowerShell experience with automation focus
2+ years supporting web‑based .NET applications in SQL Server environments
2+ years of PowerApps, Power Platform, and Dataverse experience within the Azure environment
Proficiency with Flows, Power Automate, and SharePoint Online
2+ years of SharePoint administration
2+ years of writing/debugging T‑SQL queries

Bonus points if you have:

Microsoft PowerApps certifications (PL‑900, PL‑200, etc.)
Experience acting as a technical lead

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. $78,600—$160,200 USD
